This is a case good and bad news.
The good news here is that there is no one fighting for your business at the airport. No barkers begging you to take their cab, etc. There is one official (and zero unofficial) taxi service at the airport. So you just walk outside and find the line of taxis. Someone there will call the next one up for you.
Additional good news is that the taxis are clean and moderns and have airconditioning.
The only bad news is that they are very expensive (as far Havana taxis go. Not too bad for foreigners who probably paid a lot more to get to the airport in their home country.) The cost from the airport to most parts of Havana is a fixed 25 CUC. (If you pay in dollars, you will need to pay something more -- about $30. That is because the banks charge a 12% fee to exchange dollars "one-to-one" to CUCs.)
